Seems impossible to have a score and tab simultaneously work properly with a capo

(MuseScore 3, latest version)

I want to write down a piece of guitar music with a treble stave and a tab stave (as is typical for guitar). The piece is played with a capo on 5. I can enter the notes via the tab and they will all be 5 semi-tones too low, then I can add stave text, right-click the text and adjust the capo settings to 5. Now when I click notes in the tab, the correct note is played. Playback is still wrong because playback seems to come from the treble clef stave which seems to have separate capo settings (this is completely illogical as far as I can see and I think this is a bug). Setting the treble clef capo settings to 5 too corrects the pitch for playback, but it doesn't shift the notes on the treble clef, so even though the piece is being played back at the correct pitch, the notes on the treble clef stave are all too low by 5 semi-tones (the notes on the tab are correct).

It seems to me that staves for the same instrument (in this case treble clef and tab) should share the same capo settings, since the capo is a characteristic of the instrument and not the stave. Then, when the capo settings are changed, the pitch is shifted and the notes on the treble clef shift too, while the tab obviously does not change.

Please let me know if I have misunderstood anything about this feature. Currently I am unable to correctly write down this guitar piece due to this problem. Even using the pitch transpose feature it seems unable to break the link between the staves so that the capo setting is respected for the tab (0----- is always E, even though it should be A with Capo 5)

From what I see, when the two staves Standard/TAB are linked (eg Template Guitar + Tablature), only one indication is enough, as expected.
But when the two staves are not linked (your use case, I guess?), ie only added to each other, it is necessary to add the capo setting in both staves. But it's not complicated.
Once the setting (in Staff text properties) has been made for one staff, you have simply to copy/paste the indication, let's say Capo5, on the other staff (and you can mark this "second" indication as Invisible, "V" shortcut, if wished).
Did I understand correctly?
Otherwise, please attach your current score for checking.
