The string is (1899, not 2078):
To best take advantage of automatic placement in MuseScore 3 when importing '%1' from MuseScore %2, it is recommended to reset the positions of all elements.
%1 gets filled with thwe filename, %2 with the musescore version that file was last save with
At least that is the case with the current translations, for MuseScore 3.0.1
