How to include a tie in a second ending?

Can anybody tell me how to included a tie that was in my first ending with the same note that is in the second ending please?

Thank you very much for that very helpful reply. I found solution 4 the trickiest to initially implement but. with the help of a YouTube video I quickly understood it and it is the best.
