The problem I'm having is that code symbol(코드 기호) does not apply.
(format - style - text style - code symbol)
font face, offset ... It does not change. but, Align is an exception, it is works.
In version 2, changing the style of the code symbol is applied, but in version 3, there is no response.
Or did you change the position of the function menu in version 3?
I need a quick answer, please.

I'm afraid I am not entirely sure what you mean by "code symbol" - are you referring to "chord symbol? If so, then I think I may know what you are talking about - if you make changes to the size of chord symbols in this dialog, they don't apply to already-existing chord symbols, only to newly-entered ones.
it fixes itself when you reload the score. This is a known bug - see #280950: Text style style changes not applied to existing chord symbols
