Bug: No Barline with Frame and Repeat Sign

My apologies if this has been reported.

On MuseScore 3, it appears that when one system has a horizontal frame on its right side, and the next system begins with a repeat sign, there will be no barline (or double barline, etc.) at the end of the system with the frame. If you delete repeat sign, the barline will appear.

I'd like to be able to have a double barline at the end of one system, with a frame, going into a system with a repeat.
