Activate function or complement Plugins Note Names
Please, in MuseScore 3 can you activate the following function or complement? : Plugins > Notes > Note Names.
Click on any note of the staff > Select > All Similar Elements. Again click on any note > Text Style > Font > Size > Offset > Vertical > Apply > OK.
This function or complement could also be activated with an Inspector. It would be my salvation. Thank you.

As mentioned elsewhere, you no longer need a plugin for this, just use the new "Notehead scheme" settings in Staff Properties / Advanced Style Properties.
