I install MS 2.0 and MS 3.00 in 2 different computers with the same screen resolutions (1920 x 1080). One of the computers was able to display the full virtual keyboard, all 88 keys in both versions. The other computer, MS 2.0 would display all 88 keys but not in the new MS 3.0. But, in MS 3.0 the keyboard appears much bigger and does not display only 50 keys. Not sure this is a bug or if there is a way to adjust the keyboard size.

Yes, you can change the size of the piano keyboard, Ctrl+scroll wheel (or two-finger swipe) to zoom, drag the dividing line to change the size of the window pane itself.
