New Mixer page in Musescore 3

I have downloaded the new Musescore 3 and use it for choral work in order to learn the music. I don't like the new Mixer. Not only is it too big for my pc page (the You Tube version shows the sliders with the Midi 'stuff' side by side, on my version, the Midi 'stuff' is on top of the sliders which means I can't see or even get the bottom of the page. I have tried the usual methods shrink it but to no avail.

I don't find it as easy and intuitive to use as the old mixer which I would like back.

Any help with the size problem would be helpful.
