was trying to print a piece of music. ended up deleting it. (sorta)

for background i'm currently using a laptop and the most (assumed) most recent version of musecore. so i had been making a piece of music for two weeks now. when i finally got done, i decided to print it, for my piano teacher. well my laptop was not connected to the printer. anyway i had to stop. when i came back later listen to it. it said file failed to load. the file will under no circumstance load! though it does say, it's compressed, so not all hope is lost! if there's any way i can get the piece of music back that'd be awesome.
