is instrument change text working correctly?
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.3.5316, revision: ea7dc1d
Open the attached score and apply Instrument change text to, say, the second measure. Change the instrument to say, a clarinet.
Expected result: The new key signature should be displayed before the change?
Actual result: The key signature remains the same.

You have always (since it was made possible in 2.1) been required to insert a new key signature yourself if you want to see the new key signature mid-staff. Use ctrl+drag to enter it.
Indeed, it's a limitation of some other stuff deeper in the architecture that I couldn't get this to work automatically.
