1) Take a score in 4:4 and copy a peace of it
2) Paste it on a completely empty area of the score

The time signature is not respected

In the exemple below, the problem occures in 18th bars

Your example is not very good. The score you attached has a corrupt measure in measure 18 so it's not surprising you have problems with that.

Your score does not give a source. Was this entered by hand or imported from another file?
