Musescore 3 (And 3.0.2) Struggles to open

So, I recently updated Musescore 2.3.2 to Musescore 3, and I am very upset about it. Musescore 2.3.2 had no problems launching, but 3.0.2 (and 3) have always said 'Cannot launch the program, windows is searching for a problem' and it would take me many tries to even launch the program. It's very infuriating to go and sit down to write some music and have your program struggle to even open. Is this a problem for more people? Or is it just me? I have removed the program and reinstalled it several times but it is still as bad as before.
