I every time use muse score program for my teaching purpose etc. as I down loaded the latest version I am unable to use the plugins which as default in the program. specially naming the notes for the students. in black or color it doesn't work
please be kind enough to help me in this issue

It sounds like you are on windows. Plugins still have a problem on windows that should be fixed in the next release, which is expected sometime in the next week.
You no longer need a plugin to add named noteheads. Instead, right-click the staff, Staff Properties, Advanced Style Properties, and select one of the available notehead schemes.
