Musescore 3 Duplicate time signatures?

for some reason on my score when the time signature changes it shows it twice. Does anyone know a fix for this?

This should be fixed in the next release. See #284100: Spurious key signature on key change if mmrest starts a system (3.0.x only). That is what's happening, you are looking at a part and the multi measure rest starts a new system in the main score.
