Very easy!!!
1) Select the note just after the place where you want to put the new G clef.
2) Open the Clefs palette.
3) Click twice on the simple G clef.
That's all, folks!!!

To add a mid-measure clef, just click the note/rest you want it to appear before then double-click the appropriate clef icon in the palette. You aren't "moving" a clef, you're adding a new one.
