An extra time signature in measure? How to delete.

I can't find a precedent, but it looks like a bug (but I'm using 3.0.2).
Anything you can remember about the steps leading to this would be helpful. There were bugs in pre-release "beta" versions that could cause this when importing scores from 2.x, is it possible that applies here? If this happened in a new score created in in 3.0, we definitely would like to know how it happened.

Hey Marc! This bug happened in 3.0. I am unable to remember exactly how it happened. If it happens again, I'll post my findings. MuseScore 3 is amazing!

Thanks! Meanwhile, do you still need help removing the extra time signature from this score? Usually when thuis has happened peple have been able to solve it using some amount of trial and error involving adding measures, changing the time signature, save/reload, etc .
