Can't install new update (3.0.4)

Need help! so i've just installed Musescore 3.0.2, then it was updated to 3.0.3, and the problem appeared when i tried to update it to 3.0.4, the installation stopped and a dialog box appeared with the words "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" and it asked me to look for the installation (.msi) file of Musescore 3.0.3, or i should cancel the installation at all. the problem is, there is no .msi file for Musescore 3.0.3, can anybody help me, please?

ps : i deleted the musescore 3 files on Program Files folder permanently using the safe mode boot, i thought it could work it out, but i think it was getting worse. I'm using Windows 10 64 bit
