subscription

Recently I tried the trial for musescore while looking to arrange and transcribe a piece but ended up using a different website, so I cancelled my subscription... or so I thought. Turns out the confirmation screen didn't go through, and I was charged $49 for the year-long subscription (unfortunately this is why most websites do a month-long base subscription with discounted longer term subscriptions). Now I am a high school student saving up for college and every dollar counts, but countless emails begging for help from the support team have gone ignored. Is there really no way for me to either get refunded or sell my pro subscription (which has to this date, gone completely untouched) to someone who will at least make good use of it?

For the record though, you would never have needed a pro subscription to use MuseScore. The subscription is only for the score sharing website, not for the software itself, which is always completely free.
