8va no longer affects playback (0.9.6 regression)

  1. Open or create a score with notes
  2. Drag an 8va line to a measure
  3. Press play

Expected behavior: The notes with an 8va should sound an octave higher than written

Actual behavior: The notes are unaffected by the 8va

(Tested using r.2112 nightly, Windows XP)

If you edit the ottava with Shift + Left and Shit +Right, it sounds good.
But if you remove it, it still sounds like if the ottava is in.
