Plug-ins need to be selected for every session
I use the AppImage version of MuseScore3 on my Linux laptop. The only frustration is that the plug-ins selected during use are not retained in the Plug-in list the next time the program is run. Any plug-ins have to be selected again. Is there a way of retaining the plug-in settings?

This does relate to the AppImages apperently not being able to save preferences. Which in turn might be a permissions issue. Came up recently in https://musescore.org/en/node/285906
