double barline at the beginning of staff
in msc3 i am unable to set a double bar line at the beginning of a staff
in msc2 it worked
in msc3 the barline vanishes when i want to change from single to double barline.
in fact tit vanishes on the first staff, so i found out how to get round this bug:
I add an empty staff/instrument and set "hide empty staves"

It appears that if you try changing the initial barline, it applied to all staves after the first, but the first shows with no barline at all. This is a bug, could you report via Support / Issue tracker, above? Set the Severity to Major, leave other fields at default. And best to attach an actual sample score, not just pictures.
