Cannot redock side panel items

  1. Undock the panel by clicking the angle icon
  2. Follow the instructions in trying to redock.
    Double clicking the title bar does not work.
    Stacking panels one on top of another does not work.
    Dragging the panel to an edge with the side panel does not work.

Further, the side panel popping out is very cranky

Not a rush. Will continue using 2.3.2 until these inconsistencies are ironed out.
