Told by support my refund would be processed. A day later: no refund, and no support.

Hello,

I'm in a strange predicament. Very early yesterday morning, I woke up to an unexpected Paypal charge on my account from Musescore. I used the trial software once a month ago, I thought I cancelled the sub, but, I very probably neglected to do so. In an attempt to prevent the charge from processing, I simultaneously sent a support request to musescore, and via Paypal.

Happily, within 20 minutes of filing the request, I received the following message from Musescore support:

"Thanks for reaching out to us.

At the moment, we aren't able to issue a refund for you because there is an open dispute associated with your payment.
Once you cancel the dispute, we'll proceed with the refund.

Best wishes,

MuseScore Support"

I thanked the support for their speedy response, and promptly cancelled the dispute, full of great feelings about Musescore, and very likely to resubscribe at some point in the future. I sent a confirmation to inform support that I had cancelled the dispute as requested, and was ready for the refund.

Then... nothing. No "message received". No "we're working on it". No hey "man, give us a second". Radio silence. It's been a day and a half and still no refund or response. Which is a bummer.

I understand there might be a support queue, but I find it very strange that I received a lightning fast reply, when I had an open paypal dispute, and now that I've withdrawn the dispute, crickets. This is a bit frustrating. I'm posting this in hopes that I can get some sort of response from anyone, as the traditional support channels don't seem to be working for me. :(
