Who's asking that quetion? Sure not MuseScore, as that program doesn't have any capabilities to delete a file.

This is the kind of message you wish you would have got when you delete a precious file by accident (clicking by pushing unvoluntary the mouse button on the delete action is more frequent than one could imagine)
