moving first staff up

I have somehow accidentely caused the first staff to begin on the the first third of tha page rather than the default position. I have so far been able to find how to move the first staff to it's correct position

One of the slurs had been dragged to far apart, it now shows on the 2nd page but can't get selected
Rigth-click any (other) slur, Select > All similar elements, Ctrl+R
