Prevent mulitple clefs being output to PDF
Musescore v 3.1.0.6437
See bar 22 and 27. Two clefs are output in the pdf that aren't in the musescore file

Not the case in 3.0.5 and not the case in the lated development build. So it broke in 3.1 Beta and got fixed meanwhile.
