Cannot enter local key signature
Using 3.1-beta
Dvorak Cello concerto in B minor.mscz
Starting in measure 43, you cannot apply a local key signature. If you ctrl+Drag a key signature to a staff, it's applied to all staves. Prior to that, it works properly.
I'm not sure what the trigger is.
This score was created from scratch using 3.1-beta and the classical Orchestra template.

Can't reproduce it. Attached I added a local key signature to "Flute 1" in measure 43. It doesn't seem to affect the other staves.

As a test, I closed and reopened the score and it took the local key signature in measure 43. Interesting bug. Hopefully one day I'll discover how to reproduce it.
