Persistent misalignement at the bottom (MS 3.0.5)
I'm stuck with the following misalignment problem:
If I add a spacer or increase an existing one trying to push down everything else, all that I get is shrinking the space between the systems up to one point where the whole last system jumps to the next page (and the new last one is also misaligned. There is no visible or invisible element (such as a frame) below the last staff, both even and odd pages have the same margins... The problem repeats several times in different pairs of pages, but with inconsistent differences, as if there were no vertical justification (though some pages seem to have vertical justification).
Does anybody have an idea of what may be happening?

There is a minimum system distance.

OK, I know that is the reason for which it jumps to the next page, but what is the reason for which the last staff on a page could be not vertically justified?
There is also a maximum distance, but it is not the culprit either.
Impossible to say from just a picture, we'd need to see the score. But if I had to guess, maybe you are seeing the effects of a bug fixed for 3.1 - see #284635: Last system of page is one staff height too far from margin and the other issues linked to it.

Thank you! Indeed it seems a similar case.
