Issue with the handling of clef changes.
Versions 3.0.5.21343 and 3.1.0.22068 .
Measure prior to change of clef has a repeat. See image One.png attached.
Image Two.png , placing the clef where it belongs.
Drop clef in and it does not stay, rather it shows up in the following line. See image Three.png attached.
However , if the clef is placed in the measure with the repeat, it acts fine. Image Four.png

If I'm understanding correctly, that is a bug fixed in the 3.1 release candidate just posted today. See #285605: Tenor Clef does not appear after repeat. if that doesn't fix it for you, please attach your actual score so we can understand and assist better.
