3.1 release. Select a note, customize the velocity offset. It will not noticeably affect instruments that playback using single-note dynamics.

Workaround is using normal hidden dynamic markings.

I have a fix for this almost ready.

I've realised it's pretty much impossible to use this with SND right now, since we can't control the individual velocity of notes with the current system of CC events. Even if it were to affect the whole chord, it still massively complicates things. So, I won't be implementing support for it.
