Playback not working
I upgraded to musescore 3.1.0.7078. The playback controls are greyed out. Hopefully, I just need to enable a feature, but I have not found it. Any suggestions?

First try the instructions in https://musescore.org/en/node/96811
View-Synthesizer is disabled. Restore factory settings did not help.
Uninstalling Musescore, and installing new instance also did not solve playback problem.
Looking at soundcard settings and driver.

Problem solved. I suspect that the source of the problem was a Windows 10 patch, and not the musescore upgrade. Uninstalling sound system drivers, and rebooting resolved the issue.
