Mixer forces "Flute Expr." and others, does not remember changes made
Using the built-in soundfont "Musescore_General.sf3" only. Opening the score I found that "Flute Expr." and other expr patches forced, and any changes are forgotten upon program close.
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.1.0.7078, revision: e26f7c4

This is a known bug. #290147: Mixer not remembering changes in the channels is expected to be fixed in the next release.

You may want to check out https://musescore.org/en/node/290616 to see why it's doing this and how you can change it if you still want to. FYI, if you change the sound font or Switch all patches settings in the synthesizer, MuseScore will remember the changes, it's just forgetting the mixer settings at the moment.
