Changing note velocity in Inspector does nothing
I want to be able to adjust the velocity of certain notes in my score. I tried selecting all notes and clicking the reset button for velocity. They all switched to a value of zero. All velocity values sound exactly the same. Dynamic markings still work. It might be worth noting that this is a score imported from a MIDI file. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

With the new changes to allow single note dynamics (SND), we no longer rely on velocity to control volume for instruments that support SND. I know there has been some consideration ot how we might support this going forward. but anyhow, I believe that's how things are right now.
CC2, the default single note dynamics method, does not support note velocities. CC11, does support single note dynamics. This is discussed in https://musescore.org/en/node/290616.
