If the Fine measure is marked as excluded from measure count, playback doesn't end until after the following measure. Workaround is simply to not exclude the fine measure from the count and then exclude a different (the next) measure.

Wouldn't it be wiser in any case to only ever exclude the 2 partial measure from measure count, as sort of a mid-score pickup measure?
