Multi-Measure Rests

I am unable to find any information on how to create multi-measure rests in Musescore 3, if you even can. Please help.

press m to toggle them

note that all instruments in the score or part must have rests in the measure to change them to multi-measure rests

they are on by default in parts and off by default in the main score.
