Change of head shapes/color

I have changed heads of all flats into triangles pointing down.
I want these triangles to be blue.
I use F8 and select colors, select all triangles in a line, save, but opening the file I see most of them still in black.

Feature request:
It could be great to be able to change color of all heads of particular shape in one go.
