The first file you attached is a backup file (name starts with period, ends with comma), not your actual score. I don't hear any problem with the last chord on this file.

Anyhow, if I change the tempo to 105, I do hear the phantom high A#. I suspect it's actually an illusion caused by the doubled lower A# creating some "phase artifacts", silencing one of them makes it go away. This sort of thing is unfortunately normal with any sample-based playback - two of the same note at the same time with the same sound can produce such artifacts.
