The plugin menu in musescore 3.2.1 doesn't show correctly

When I try to open the plugin folder it shows itself like the attached picture.

The problem could be generated in that way:

1) Open another audio workstation application E.g. Ableton
2) In that application start ASIO4ALL
3) If you Open MuseScore now you'll notice that a lot of buttons are Grey, I immagine that is so because the audio resource is busy... But from this moment on there is no way to get the plugin menu work again even if you Uninstall/Clear Register/Re-install MuseScore 3. I hope you'll solve the issue soon Thank
