Wrong rhythm when playback with the loop

The rhythm is wrong when using the loop on playback.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a one bar loop on the last bar of the attached file. Then, rhythm is wrong.
2) If I add a quarter note on the last beat of the 1rst staff, then, rhythm is right.
3) Or if i'm using repeat signs for this last measure, then the rhythm is also right with or without a note on the last beat of the 1rst staff.
