Song in G# Minor with an Eb alto Saxophone
I want to recreate Snow by Red hot chili peppers into musescore(It's in concert G# Minor), but for an Eb alto saxophone, it's E# minor or G# major. I want the Eb alto saxophone to have the 6 Sharps with a double sharp, but musescore makes it 4 flats. Any ideas on how to put 6 Sharps and a double sharp in a key signature manually?

MuseScore doen't support double sharps in key signatures. The alto sax player probably doesn't have a true preference between G# and Eb as a key signature, I played alto sax for a long time.
MuseScore can do many wonderful things, and I'm sure someone can figure a way to do what you ask, but in terms of creating a part that a live musician can read, non-standard is not always the best way to go. A saxophone player would thank you profusely if you allowed the enharmonic key rather than a key with double-sharps.
Fmin/Ab Maj is correct (enharmonic key)
If you don't want to play on Fmin, use C# Major Key sig. and add extra accidentals into measures.
I prefer F minor.

I'm not saying your first example doesn't work, but a key signature PLUS accidentals to indicate a key is very cumbersome. Besides, a key signature does more than tell you the sharps or flats of a key, it is the key's signature; it represents the tonality and all that entails. It is unique and instantly recognizable, telling the player which note is the tonic, dominant, etc.
I VERY much prefer F minor in this case.

In the current situation, this was the only solution I could think of :)
