1) Create a section break in a bar with a repeat bar line
2) The next section starts with a different clef than the this section
2) Add a page break
3) The bar line is now not at the end of the line.

Confirmed. I believe the clef is present internally but (correctly) not being displayed; we need to not even allocate the space for it.
