What you show in the picture is a screenshot of the noteheads palette, which can be found in the advanced workspace (change to it using the dropdown list at the bottom of the palettes).
No plugin is required for them.
That is what I have been doing, but i was looking for something where i can highlight my whole score and simply convert my whole score at once. It is quite time consuming to manually drag all the noteheads to their respective places.
There are a variety of notehead schemes available. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/notehead-scheme. If this doesn't work for you then there is another way as well that is easier than dragging one notehead at a time.

Did you try already: select all notes and then doubleclick the special notehead?
