The issue exists in this file, but I don't have a version before the corruption occurred.
To reproduce it, try making two bars of two pairs of triplets in a row, then deleting the third one. (e.g. bar 25 in my attached piece).

I'm not understanding the instructions. There are only two triplets in bar 25. What specifically am I trying to delete, and how am I trying to delete it? I can certain make the corruption in measure 24 worse, but if I ignore that measure and just work on 25, I haven't been able to cause anything to do wrong.
Darn, I guess it's too late to cause it now that the file is already corrupt. Maybe try delete bar 25, copy and paste bar 24, then delete the ---3--- sign from above the third triplet. Otherwise I'll try reproduce it another day and relog this bug
