Input tempo in play panel through command line?

Is it possible to Input a tempo % into the play panel through the command line?
What are the arguments for this?

In the play panel you can enter the % of the original tempo, whether by dragging the tempo slider or by inputting a number in the % box. I was hoping to Target that box through the command line.
