I need help

Dear Muserscore community,
As many others, I made the same mistake... I travelled abroad for a longer time period and did not notice my free trial expired. Now, 49 dollars is a lot of money for me. Especially here in Czech Republic. I cannot afford this. Is there any possibility for me to switch to only a month subscription and get the rest of my money back? I really need it. I am fully aware that this is completely my own mistake, but please, if there are any humans behind this website, they could at least try to understand.
I emailed the support and also messaged in the contact window on Muserscore as well.

No I am not. This site is the one I am subscribed at and it is connected to my email address. I receive notifications from this exact site. It redirects me here after I messaged them at your "muserscore.com" contact form. Plus, you have been replying this to every single question about the fee refund and I see no reason why there would be two websites with one name.
