I need help
Dear Muserscore community,
As many others, I made the same mistake... I travelled abroad for a longer time period and did not notice my free trial expired. Now, 49 dollars is a lot of money for me. Especially here in Czech Republic. I cannot afford this. Is there any possibility for me to switch to only a month subscription and get the rest of my money back? I really need it. I am fully aware that this is completely my own mistake, but please, if there are any humans behind this website, they could at least try to understand.
I emailed the support and also messaged in the contact window on Muserscore as well.

No I am not. This site is the one I am subscribed at and it is connected to my email address. I receive notifications from this exact site. It redirects me here after I messaged them at your "muserscore.com" contact form. Plus, you have been replying this to every single question about the fee refund and I see no reason why there would be two websites with one name.

I still believe this might be a real musical website, but I highly doubt that it is run by robots. If there are any humans behind it, please, they could try to understand at least :(

We here at musescore.org do certainly understand, but can't do anything about this.
And it'd really help if you guys would actually read the fine print before making use of the free month of a Pro subscription on musescore .com...

There is no subscription on/to musescore.org!
.org -> non profit
.com -> commercial!

Well.. I have tried contacting everyone, can you give me any other tips? I even tried contacting Thomas Bonte here in muserscore. I cannot bear this

Thomas Bonte is no longer in charge. And the times of his very generous refund policy are gone, unfortunatly. And whether you can bear it or not: this is the wrong site!
