Cannot save files.

This morning I created a score. Save. No problem.

After lunch, I came back to work on the same score.

Cannot be saved.

I've restarted my laptop. I'm running Musescore as administrator, which should allow it to write to the temp files. But it's not working. Anyone had this problem and solved it? Prev questions didn't seem to provide an answer.
