Measure Properties don't get updated properly through all parts

Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new score with one or more staffs.
- Create a one or more parts (as far as I noticed, the combination of staffs in the parts doesn't matter)
- Change "Add to measure number" in measure properties of any measure in the main part

Current behavior:
- The change doesn't affect every part. This may be the intendant behavior, although I wouldn't expect that. I don't see any use case for different measure numbers in different parts.

Expected behavior:
The change takes place in every part. This behavior may not fit on every property for measures (e.g. "Layout stretch" should be part dependent, weither "Exclude from measure count" should be part independent.
