There's no subscription here on musescore.org, so you'd need to ask on musescore.com

You can start by going to the correct site (.org has no subscriptions, .com does)
Then you log in and go to your billing/account settings and press the relevant buttons there to cancel the subscription. Make sure to cancel the subscription and not the account. A deleted account apparently can still be subscribed.
