Problem with 1/8 x 4 in 3/4 measure
Hi,

but at the 1/8 parts it sounds strange (sounds not equal 1/8 sound, maybe dotted 1/8 and 1/16 oscillating)
Could someone help me why? How can I do for equal 1/8 in 3/4 measure?

There's activated swing. Right click on Allegretto->system text properties...->swing settings and turn it off.
Allegretto is a tempo marking and should have been added as such. Seems likely you added a Swing text instead then edited it rather than adding Tempo text to begin with.
