Windows 10 machine, unknown how configurations would affect. Fonts maybe? Don't think so. Note toolbar icons are around 4 or 5 points of text in size, and too small to see.

Most likely something about your monitor configuration is preventing MuseScore from detecting the resolution correctly. See #106241: Monitor resolution detected incorrectly, making sizes wrong, and in particular, the suggestions for using the -D command line option to tell MuseScore the resolution (in DPI).
Well, I've found a way to go around this problem. It happened every time I've used a TV as a monitor on my notebook. Instead of having to change any configuration, I just disconnected the HDMI input from the TV, opened the Musescore program and then I conected again the TV. It worked just fine.

I spent WEEKS trying to fix this problem and finally this simple solution worked.
THANK YOU!
Hello All,
I had the Musescore 3 tiny icon issue on my Windows 10 PC. Here is how I fixed the problem:
> Right Click the MuseScore 3 shortcut icon on your Desktop.
> Click "Open file location".
> Right Click "MuseScore3.exe" (this is the program's executable).
> Click "Properties".
> Click the "Compatibility" tab at the top of the window.
Note: I tried using the "Change high DPI settings > check "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application, System, and System (Enhanced)." options, but these did not do anything.
> What I did under the "Compatibility" tab was Clicked the "Run compatibility troubleshooter" and let Windows fix the problem. IT WORKED!!! RESOLVED!!!!
I hope this helps!

I also use a TV as a second monitor and Windows 10. This workaround works to some extent, but now everything is very blurry. This has stopped me from using this application and set me back to pen and paper...
